Return/Refund Policy After the order has been placed and the product has been shipped, the order is considered finalized and cannot be canceled. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact BioStem Technologies at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
Confirm your shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order.
All packages are shipped via UPS WorldShip.
The product is shipped overnight the day before scheduled treatment, unless otherwise specified. Please speak to your sales rep if you require different shipping options.
The product’s viable storage time in the shipping containers ranges between 52 to 160 hours, depending on the size of the container.
Once the order is processed, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you.
**PLEASE NOTE** If your UPS shipment is delayed or is showing an issue and your delivery date has changed, BioStem will call UPS and inquire about the reason.
Please understand that BioStem is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of package, delay of delivery, or if the product arrives thawed due to unforeseen circumstances by the third party shipping agent.
